I'm JP, short for John Paul. I've led teams, scaled systems, and written a lot of code over the past 20 years. These days, I'm focused on what AI is doing to modern engineering and what it takes to use tools like Claude and GPT effectively in production software systems.
My background spans both CTO and CEO roles. I've founded companies, sold them, and spent years in the trenches building and shipping code. That blend of technical depth and business context shapes how I think about AI adoption. It's not about the tech alone, it's about proving value and getting teams on board.
